What we do:
Manual testing
We will use different types of manual testing, consisted of various test cases and scenarios, to verify that the software is working as expected.
Goals:
- Prevent defects
- Validate that the product meets the end user’s expectations
We will accomplish these goals by:
- Defining areas to be tested
- Defining a test strategy
- Defining test types
- Writing test cases and scenarios
- Executing all defined tests
- Test reporting
Automation testing
We will use automation testing to reduce defects, and effectively allocate the time and resources available.
Goals:
- Implementation time
- Execution time
- Maintenance
We will accomplish these goals by:
- Defining areas to be tested
- Creating a proof of concept
- Choosing an automation framework
- Writing and running tests
Performance and Load testing
We will use performance and load testing to improve the stability and performance of the application.
Goals:
- Analyze the current state of the application to identify points of improvement
- Optimize the application performance
- Prevent downtimes
We will accomplish these goals by:
- Defining the requirements and targets
- Creating a proof of concept
- Setting up a Performance/Load framework
